Rules

By downloading, saving or using any resources from "Badinstinct-Stock" you are accepting and agreeing with the following terms

1.- Credit
When using any resource from "Badinstinct-Stock" for your art, you should send me a mail "Badinstinct-Stock", indicating the stock URL through a link or the User Avatar. Please, read this dA FAQ #81: How can I make links to other deviants, deviations, or websites? [link]

2.- No need to ask permission for use in dA
You dont have to ask me for permission to use the "Badinstinct-Stock" resources within dA, but **you must notify me (Send Note)** when publishing your resulting work and remember to put the respective credits. Any art work made with the "Badinstinct-Stock" resources will be added to the favourites.

2.- For non-commercial or commercial sites
You may use "Badinstinct-Stock" resources both in dA and outside of it, for instance, when publishing your art works in a personal site or any other place where you have a personal gallery. It can be any non-commercial or commercial side. However, you must firstly ask permission before doing so. "Badinstinct-Stock" is within the right of granting the respective permission. When you use a "Badinstinct-Stock" resource outside dA you are required to credit "Badinstinct-Stock" in a clear and visible manner. You are also required to link back to "Badinstinct-Stock".

4.- For prints or commercial use
This is a free stock, so it is allowed to use it for prints or any other kind of commercial work as long as you send to me a print for FREE.

5.- Rights about the stock and its exchange (share)
It is forbidden to appropriate as self-creation the resources contained in "Badinstinct-Stock", as well as publishing them or exchanging (sharing) them in different sites from the place where they are published. For instance, you must not take resources from "Badinstinct-Stock" and publish them in your personal site or another dA account.
